Annual DMS Holiday Meal

Every holiday season, DMS spends a lunch period spoiling the students and spending time as a school family. The cafeteria is decorated with holiday blow-ups, student created centerpieces, and tablecloths. The kitchen cooks a special meal for all the students complete with holiday staples like rolls, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The staff buys all kind of fancy desserts and special drinks for the students. Most importantly, all the DMS staff members sit and eat with the students. This is a great time of fun and relationship building as we make sure all our students have the chance to experience an extravagant holiday meal. Mrs. Shankster was able to dress up as the Grinch and have some fun too!
